The kitchen has had some changes over the past 3 months but things are settling down now with a solid team in place.

Dan is our Senior Sous, Guy is our Senior CDP, Lagos is our Demi-CDP, Johnathan is our Commis & Lukasz is our KP.

The Restaurant at Lovat Arms, Loch Ness is open Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

The kitchen is aiming for 2 rosettes but it is hard to know what customers really want - your feedback is so important to our development so please keep us informed.
