Fullers The Followers

What a surprise to have the Fullers book a room at the hotel for 3 nights. They have known David & Geraldine since their hotel days at Kinlochbervie, after which they followed the family to The Torridon & now they have followed us here!

It was a delight to have them to stay & we wish them well for their 50th Wedding Anniversary on 12th July 2008.

NIGHT OUT

On 20th June 2008, the core staff joined me for a night out as a Thank You for all their hard work & dedication over the last year.

We celebrated the hotel's success by dining at Abstract in Inverness.

As a little surprise I booked the Chef's Table. This gave us the opportunity to view the kitchen team at work whilst enjoy some sumptious delights on the tasting menu.

Thanks goes to Abstract for the complimentary champagne - this was much appreciated!

The night was finished off in the town for a little boogie.

OFFICIALLY A NUTTER!

I have just returned from a 2 day event in Oxford to receive my Acorn award. This is offered by the Hotel & Caterer to those under 30, within the industry who are deemed as 'young guns'. Those who have already made their mark & will continue to do so in the years to come.

I feel honoured to have been nominated by Marina Huggett as well as awarded such an accolade.
