On the back of your feedback, the Lovat Brasserie now has the following permanently on its menu:

  • West Coast Skye Scallops
  • Roasted Red Pepper & Apple Lasagne
  • Gluten Free Buckwheat Pasta
  • Local Butcher, MacDougall's Chieftan o' the Pudding Race (Haggis!)
  • Fruit Desserts, such as Scottish Raspberry Cranachan & Torridon Rhubarb Crumble
  • Cullen Skink
  • Local Loin of Venison

We are now working on more:

pasta dishes;
beef cuts;
vegetarian options &;
shellfish
