I stayed in one of the chalet rooms which was very quiet and had a fantastic shower. Very modern and of a good standard.

Difficult to select just one. The location is good in the village. The hotel itself is very well managed with friendly staff who take an interest in their guests.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I have never experienced such good service. In this day and age where service seems to be going to the dogs, it is extremely refreshing and welcome to come to a hotel like The Lovat.
